PRODUCTION TIMEFRAME:
> we stay booked around 2-4 weeks in advance year round (Holidays are usually 4 weeks solid)
> your order is made in the order it is placed, so any orders that were placed prior to yours are made first
> we do offer a RUSH MY ORDER option for higher placement in line (additional charge of $25)
> we make everything from start to finish, so having something hand made instead of mass produced does take longer...we appreciate your patience and allowing us to make something special for you!

WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO SHIP OUT?

Great question! We usually have a working list of orders open and we do stay booked around 3-4 weeks in advance year round. :)

All our signs are made to order and Jamie and I do everything from buying and picking up the wood in bulk, cutting each piece to the correct dimensions, painting the backgrounds and distressing, cutting our frame wood down to size, painting the text on your sign, sealing it with the top coat, framing it and attaching hanging hardware on the back. The two of us ALSO pack and ship every single sign and take the time to talk to all you amazing people! It is definitely a time consuming process making sure every detail is perfect and we would never want to rush your sign out to just get to the next one!

CAN YOU SHIP TO ALASKA OR HAWAII?

We are happy to ship to all 50 states - however, there may be additional shipping charges when shipping to AK or HI so please contact us BEFORE ordering.

My husband and I were very pleased with our "The mountains are calling..." sign. We used it as part of a gallery wall that we did of scenery pictures from our national park trips and it fits perfectly! We appreciated that the pieces to hang it with were already attached as well. Great sign and great shop!
