All custom design proofs will be sent to you within 5-10 business days...once design is approved, sign will made and ready to ship with 5-10 business days, for a total of 3-4 weeks from start of creating design to shipping out final product.

We accept PayPal, all major Debit/Credit cards, ApplePay, and Etsy gift cards. Please note that we require payment in full before starting on your project.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we require you contact us to cancel within 5 business days of placing your order. On CUSTOM PIECES, you MUST contact us to cancel BEFORE final approval on your design...once approval has been made, we can no longer accept any cancellations.
Please verify that the mailing address when you order is your CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS as we ship to the address that is input with your order....
Each package will be sent via USPS (unless otherwise discussed) and tracking and shipping information will automatically be sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped.
If shipping speed is a priority, we offer faster shipping options at checkout....

We do charge a non-refundable custom design fee of $20 on any custom signs...this covers the time we put into designing the perfect piece for your home...please contact us with any questions you may have regarding custom work.
YES! we love custom pieces! Our procedure on custom pieces are as follows:
-Contact us to discuss what you are looking for...verbiage, size, coloring, etc
-We will discuss a general design and create a custom listing just for you,
-After purchase, we will send you a design proof for you to look over and tweek if necessary,
-After you have approved design, we get started painting!
*PLEASE NOTE* we do not offer refunds on custom items after we have started the painting process...if you would like to request a refund, please make sure you let us know before final approval on design.
